Back on the fatty horse again

*sigh* I suck at eating well. First thing to learn, must cut down gigantic portions. There are linebackers who probably eat less than I do.

almond milk, strawberry, red bean smoothie
2 rice cakes + homemade hummus

Ice coffee + skim milk

salad
1 cosi chicken, brie, & honey mustard sandwich
water

2 rice cakes + hummus
Roast Cornish game hen
Zucchini chips
