Its Turkey day! I'm celebrating by getting off my diet for a few days. Yes yes I know its bad. Then after this is my office holiday party. So this weekend, no diet. Next week try to stay loosely on phase 2 and maintain. Week after? Back to phase 1 until xmas. Sux.

squash/breadcrumb mixture stuffed roast pork loin
roast turkey breast
smoked salmon
rice (1/2 cup cooked)
apple almond tart (no there's no flour!)
small sliver of pumpkin pie
pineapple and honey dew melon chunks
