No clue what I had since Thursday. I was sickly and basically reached for and ate anything and everything that made me feel better including bits of ice cream. Mmm ice cream for sore throats... On the plus side I checked sometime this weekend and hey I lost 4 lbs!

Brown rice cake with 1 tsp of PB
salad with spritz dressing
2 slices roasted chicken breast with honey mustard
roasted carrots
handful of raw almonds
Grilled salmon steaks
fat free sugar free pudding
Cauliflower braised in milk then topped with parmesan
trail mix
